Latvian Tennis Union Launches Official Mobile App in Partnership with Tournated
Riga, Latvia - The Latvian Tennis Union (Latvijas Tenisa Savienība, LTS) has officially launched its new mobile application, developed in partnership with Tournated, marking a significant milestone in the digital development of tennis, padel, and beach tennis in Latvia.
The launch represents a major step forward for the federation, positioning LTS among a small number of national governing bodies in the region offering a dedicated, fully-featured mobile app designed to serve players, clubs, coaches, and fans within a single digital ecosystem.
The Latvian Tennis Union app is powered by Tournated’s newly introduced White-Label Mobile App service, which enables sports federations and organizations to launch their own branded mobile applications as fast as one week for standard setups, with minimal upfront investment.
As one of Tournated’s earliest partners, the Latvian Tennis Union became the first organization to go live with this solution. The federation oversees the development of tennis, padel, and beach tennis nationwide and continues to invest in modern tools that support the growth and accessibility of the sport.
Key features available at launch include: Single sign-on for web and mobile platforms
Player licensing management
Tournament calendar and online registrations
Club (venue) and coach discovery
Rankings
Personal activity tracking via “My Career”
Live updates and federation news
Looking ahead, the next major release planned for Q1-Q2 2026 will introduce online booking functionality for courts and training sessions. This will allow clubs and coaches to actively promote and manage their services directly within the federation app, further transforming it into a central marketplace and primary information hub for tennis, padel, and beach tennis in Latvia.
Statement from the Latvian Tennis Union
“We would like to thank the Tournated team for their professionalism, commitment, and hard work throughout this project. The launch of our mobile app represents a major step forward not only for the Latvian Tennis Union, but for the development of sports digitalization in Latvia as a whole. Both teams worked closely to ensure a smooth launch and will continue collaborating on future feature development and ecosystem expansion.
